The migration phenomena which has come to Spain, with an extended cultural plurality and heterogeneous problematic, has had important consequences in the area of physical and mental health of migrants and their melieu. The diversity of intercultural conflicts and psychosocial difficulties in migrants obliges to a specialized formation of the professionals working in this field, in order to adequately address this complex reality.

It is due to this, that the need for the creation of this Association arises, with the following basic objectives:

· Formation

· Research

· Exchange of professional experiences

· Integral Psychotherapeutic assistance to migrant and their surrounding

· Publication and Dissemination of articles.

· Congress, workshops, round tables, etc.

 The Association is aiming to be a reference point in assistance and academic field, in issues related to Migration and Transcultural Psychotherapy. To reach this objective, it will seek supports, recognition and adhesion of academic entities, institutions and associations that work in the fields of Psychology, Psychiatry, Medicine, Psychotherapy, Migration, Education and others.

For accomplishment of these purposes, the Association needs your support and cooperation, both, on individual and professional, as well as on institutional bases!
